1. Payment: Three stage payment – 

Stage 1: Registration – payable upon completing registration. Rs. 750 is refunded in case we are unable to accept you as a member, with Rs.350 retained as handling fee. 

Stage 2: Activation – payable with 30 days of acceptance 

Stage 3: Success  – payable once rishta is confirmed, generally at the time of Roka

2. Duration: As mentioned against each plan .

3. Match: Only when both parties approve of the potential match and agree to meet, it qualifies as a
‘match’

4. Relationship Compatibility: It’s mandatory for the prospective bride/groom to go through relationship
compatibility tests.

5. Verification:
The process of verification is as follows:

• Online Identity against Adhaar data
• LinkedIn profile
• All virtual meets are recorded
• Additional verification linked to the Plan chosen

MMG doesn’t take responsibility for authenticity beyond the above-mentioned process.

6. Personal interviews: These are important process of both for assessing and understanding status,
values and expectations

7. Counseling: We provide counseling to help you through the process. Platinum plan includes one free
counselling session with an expert in the field of astrology/tarot reading.

8. Money-back guarantee: Its applicable if MMG is unable to fulfill minimum guaranteed matches
according to the plan opted.

9. Success fee: Success fee is payable in case marriage fructifies through an MMG match within 36
months of joining date
