Terms & Conditions (Effective April 15, 2026)

Please read the terms and conditions mentioned below. These terms and conditions govern your membership. By filling and submitting registration form and subscribing to our membership plans, you consent your explicit agreement to the terms and conditions mentioned below.  

A: Onboarding Fee
  1. Subscription has two components: i. Fixed Onboarding Fee, and ii. Success Fee. 
  2. Onboarding Fee is payable in advance. Membership package takes effect from the date of your payment.
  3. Success Fee is payable when Rishtais confirmed  – a Rokaa, or equivalent of engagement, shall be considered ‘success’. The fee is payable within 15 days of date of ‘success’
  4. Fee mentioned excludes GST.

We charge a Fixed Onboarding Fee plus Success Fee.

    1. Fixed Onboarding Fee: You can choose to pay the Fixed fee in one go or choose to pay it monthly through the first three months. You save when you choose to pay the fee in one-go.  
    2. Monthly payment must be paid within 7-days of presentation of bill. Delayed payment could result in termination of your membership.
    3. Rishta pukka:When Rishta is confirmed, we bill you applicable Success Fee along with balance monthly fee (if applicable).

(Applicable in case of select plans as agreed)

  1. We refund the fixed onboarding fee if we’re unable to help you reach a confirmed Rishta within the agreed term.
  2. GST or any other government mandated levy paid by you is not refunded.
  3. We deduct payment gateway charges up to a maximum of 4%, if applicable, from the amount refunded as part of Moneyback Guarantee. 
  4. The refund shall NOT be entertained in the following situations:
    1. If you find a match from an alternate source
    2. If you change your mind and decide not to look for a match anymore. 
    3. If you fail to update, or don’t disclose, or lie, or withhold any factual information, about the status of Rishta
    4. If the information you disclose in the Registration Form or during interaction is incorrect.
    5. If you fail to disclose a medical condition related to bride or groom.
  1. We develop the package in mutual consultation with parents depending on the profile and level of engagement. 
  1. The process of verification is as follows:
    1. Identity verification against Adhaar data
    2. LinkedIn profile, or any other social media profile
    3. Video verification
    4. If you wish to have additional verification conducted for chosen bride/groom, these can be obtained upon payment of additional fee. Click for more details.
    5. Disclaimer: MatchMeGood employs services of certified third party services/tools to carry the verification. We are not responsible for any incorrect/wrong verification. nor are we liable for any damages that may arise due to any error in this respect. 

Success fee is payable if Rokaa fructifies with a match introduced/shared by MatchMeGood within 36 months of effective date of membership. The fee is payable even post expiry of your membership packa

  1. Interaction is mandatory. We do not accept any member without personal interaction. Nor do we recommend a match we haven’t personally interacted with.
  2. Personal interaction is done via in-person meeting or through a virtual meeting.
  1. We maintain complete confidentiality of the information you share with us.
  2. We don’t share your profile data with anyone without your approval
  3. We don’t circulate biodatas/resumes. Abridged details are shared only if you consent.
  1. Plan Duration: As mentioned against each plan, if applicable. 
  2. Relationship Compatibility: We may make the prospective bride/groom to go through relationship compatibility tests.
  3. Counseling: We provide counseling and consultation to help you through the process.
  4. Taxes:  Prices and fees mentioned exclude GST and other government taxes levied by Government of India.
