Terms & Conditions - India (Effective Feb 25, 2026)

Please read the terms and conditions mentioned below. These terms and conditions govern your membership. By filling and submitting registration form and subscribing to our membership plans, you consent your explicit agreement to the terms and conditions mentioned below.  

A: Fee
  1. Subscription of two components: Fixed fee and Success fee. 
  2. Fixed fee is payable in advance. Membership plan takes effect from the date of your first payment.
  3. Success fee is payable when Rishta fructifies – a Roka, or equivalent of engagement, shall be considered ‘success’. The fee is payable within 15 days of date of ‘success’.
  4. Fee mentioned includes GST
  1. Silver Plan:

a)        There are two components to the fee: Fixed Fee and Success Fee. 

b)        Fixed Fee: You can choose to pay the Fixed fee in one go or choose to pay it monthly through the first three months. You save when you choose to pay the fee in one-go.  

c)        Monthly payment must be paid within 7-days of presentation of bill. Delayed payment could result in termination of your membership.

d)        Rishta pukka: When Rishta fructifies, we bill you Success fee along with balance monthly fee. For example, if Rishta fructifies within 2 months, then we bill you success fee of Rs. 31,000 + balance monthly fee applicable for month 3. If it fructifies after completion of Fixed fee, we only bill you Success fee.

  1. Gold Plan: 

a)        There are two components to the fee: Fixed Fee and Success Fee. 

b)        Fixed Fee: You can choose to pay the Fixed fee in one go or choose to pay it monthly through the first three months. You save when you choose to pay the fee in one-go.  

c)        Monthly payment must be paid within 7-days of presentation of bill. Delayed payment could result in termination of your membership.

d)        Rishta pukka: When Rishta fructifies, we bill you Success fee along with balance monthly fee. For example, if Rishta fructifies within 2 months, then we bill you success fee of Rs. 21,000 + balance monthly fee applicable for month 3. If it fructifies after completion of Fixed fee, we only bill you Success fee.

  1. Platinum Plan: 

a)        There are two components to the fee: Fixed Fee and Success Fee. 

b)     Fixed fee returned if Rishta doesnt materialise. 

c)        Fixed Fee: You can choose to pay the Fixed fee in one go or choose to pay it monthly through the first three months. You save when you choose to pay the fee in one-go.  

d)        Monthly payment must be paid within 7-days of presentation of bill. Delayed payment could result in termination of your membership.

e)        Rishta pukka: When Rishta fructifies, we bill you Success fee along with balance monthly fee. For example, if Rishta fructifies within 2 months, then we bill you success fee of Rs. 151,000 + balance monthly fee applicable for month 3. If it fructifies after completion of Fixed fee, we only bill you Success fee.

The money back guarantee is automatically invoked upon completion of the plan if we are unable to fructify a Rishta.

  1. The amount is refunded into your account within 45 days. 
  2. The refund as part of ‘100% Moneyback Guarantee’ shall NOT be entertained in the following situations:
    1. If you find a match from an alternate source;
    2. If you change your mind and decide not to look for a match anymore; or 
    3. If you fail to update, or don’t disclose, or lie, or withhold any factual information, about the status of Rishta.
    4. If you fail disclose a medical condition related to bride or groom
    5. If the information you disclose in the Registration Form is incorrect
  3. A maximum of Rs.50,000 after adjusting GST collected from you at the time of payment is returned to you.  Additionally, we reserve the right to recover up to a maximum of 3% of Fixed Fees towards payment gateway charges to calculate the refund. 
  1. The process of verification is as follows:
    • Identity verification against Adhaar data
    • LinkedIn profile, or any other social media profile
    • Video verification
    • Additional verification options are available; these can be obtained  upon payment of additional fee.  Check the details here. 

Disclaimer: MatchMeGood employs services of certified third party services/tools to carry the verification. We are not responsible for any incorrect/wrong verification. nor are we liable for any damages that may arise due to any error in this respect. 

Success fee is payable if marriage fructifies with a match introduced/shared by MatchMeGood within 36 months of effective date of membership. The fee is payable even post expiry of your membership plan.

  1. Interaction is mandatory. We do not accept any member without personal interaction. Nor do we recommend a match we haven’t personally interacted with. 
  2. Personal interaction is done via in-person meeting or through a virtual meeting.
  1. We maintain complete confidentiality of the information you share with us.
  2. We don’t share your profile data with anyone without your approval.
  3. We don’t circulate bio-datas. Abridged details are shared only if you consent. 

1. Plan Duration: As mentioned against each plan

2. Relationship Compatibility: We may make the prospective bride/groom to go through relationship compatibility tests.

4. Counseling: We provide counseling and consultation to help you through the process.

5. Taxes:  Prices and fees mentioned include GST and other government taxes levied by Government of India.
