Membership Fees:
The fee is non-refundable, unless mentioned otherwise as part of the communication or offer.

Refund Process:
To request a refund, members must contact MatchMeGood at matchmegood@vaisertech.com within 30 days of the issue from their email registered with us, mentioning ‘Refund’ in the subject line.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
MatchMeGood reserves the right to refuse a refund if it determines that the member violated the terms of service or engaged in fraudulent activity.
Refund Amount:
Refunds, if approved, will be for the amount paid by the member for the affected service period. MatchMeGood will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the member.
Refund Disbursement:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible within 14-21 days.
Cancellation Policy:
Members can cancel their subscription at any time, refund shall be made as per applicable subscription terms within 14-21 days.
Policy Updates:
MatchMeGood reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
